Honduras Restaurant: Reviews & Ratings
We ate at Honduras Restaurant for the first time on Sunday, and really enjoyed it! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were extremely generous! We will definitely be back!!
Drove 2 hours and so worth every minute of the drive. This food is spot on for home cooked meals! Food just burst with flavors, cokes with real sugar from Mexico, and great service! Maryoribet and I started out with a coke and fried chicken leg- crispy and juice. Then the real LOVE came out Asada plate and What I call a LATIN OMELETTE, placed inside a homemade tortilla with some avocados. The orange chili bottle just added to the rich flavor of the food. Really can’t recommend this place enough. We meet Daniel, what a great person and it shows he loves to serve others, every business needs more people just like him. So thank you again Daniel for GREAT FOOD & SERVICE—A TRUE GEM!!!
Food was so delicious and our waiter was very nice. I was so excited when the waiter said they had a soursop (guanabana on their menu) drink. it was so good! The food and drink reminded me of when I visited my family in Costa Rica. Will definitely be going back and taking my family there.
I had an incredible experience at Honduras Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family warm, welcoming, and genuinely proud of the food they serve. I’ve tried several dishes, and every one has been a hit. The carne asada and gallo pinto (a flavorful mix of rice and beans) were served with fried cheese and handmade tortillas , hearty, and deeply satisfying. And as you can see in the photo, the seafood soup was something special. Rich, comforting, and full of flavor, it truly lifted my spirit . It’s the kind of dish that warms you from the inside out. Honestly, everything I’ve had here has been addictive. The food tastes authentically homemade, portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. But what really stands out is the service the team’s kindness, consistency, and pride in their culture shine through every visit. Whether you’re craving authentic Honduran food or looking to try something new, this spot is absolutely worth it. Without a doubt, one of Columbia’s best hidden gems!
The food looks way better than the pics and the taste is delicious. The orchata drink has the perfect taste and coldness for hot summer. This place shouldn't be missed while in CoMo, it has the type of food that even if you are full, you can still eat a little bit more. Best food in town for sure.
Our two-person platter could easily feed 3-4 people. Lot of food and variety. Every bit of it was amazing. Their homemade tortilla chips are the best I've had EVER. The dip for those chips was equally amazing - never had anything so good. The chicken, steak, and sausage were also incredible. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, being in a strip mall, but the food was delicious.
Everything was great. We had the plantains with beans and cheese that was so good. And the big platter for two with 3 different meats! Its enough for 4 people easily. And a papusa.
The food here is absolutely DELICIOUS! It feels very authentic, the grandmother was back in the kitchen cooking and it shows! We had the best tamales and enchiladas that we have ever tried. My husband also tried the fish and loved the flavor of the fish with the well seasoned skin. The service was great and they were very helpful with suggestions! I wish we lived closer!
